       A well-established quality, environment, occupational health and safety and energy management system is the medium and long-term management purpose and programmatic guiding ideology of DSOC , and an important part of corporate culture.
       In 2008, DSOC obtained the quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management system certification issued by the DNV.GL for the first time, and has gone through many renewal audits in DNV.GL. In September 2023, it passed the recertification of quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management system according to the requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015 standards, and obtained the certification. The scope currently maintained is "Construction, Re-construction, Repair and Service of Offshore Drilling Rigs, Ocean Engineering Ships and Other Marine systems."
       In 2015, DSOC implemented the "Energy Management System" and passed the certification of China Classification Society, which has been audited several times, and the scope of certification is: "The buiding process of ocean engineering ships and other maiine systems related energy management activities."
